Audley Group develop and operate retirement villages throughout the UK. We have 11 operational villages with many more in the pipeline, across our Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages brands. We have a dedicated care team at each village, who provide support to our owners as well as customers out in the local community.
Our finance team of 15 provide support for both the development of and running of the villages and care branches.
The finance team is further subdivided into the income team and purchases team.
Audley Group is looking for a driven individual to join the finance function and manage the income team, providing overall support to the Group Financial Controller.
The finance income team is responsible for banking and the accurate and timely recording of all streams of income and collection of monies due. Income arises from the sale of apartments, monthly and deferred management fees, internal and external food & beverage and club members and provision of care.
We use COINS as our main accounting system, Coldharbour to administer the coordination, administration and invoicing of care and the tills system is ECR.
